Statutory and Mandatory Training

The UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) establishes 11 essential statutory and mandatory training topics for all professionals in health and social care settings. Each health and social care employer is responsible for ensuring their workforce completes the required statutory and mandatory training, choosing the most suitable delivery mode—face-to-face, e-learning, or a blend of both.
